Sapphire RX 9070 XT Driver Conflict Fix
Total War combat stuttered on my RX 9070 XT, with frame times spiking to 42ms. I disabled the GPU in Device Manager, which broke my display. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to set AMD sync to Manual. RivaTuner showed frame times stabilizing at 7-11ms, with CPU usage at 62-70%. This backup of settings fixed my frame time issues.
