Dealing with massive FPS drops on the Huntkey T600 Typhoon?

It was honestly pathetic—a cooler called 'Blizzard' let my CPU tank to 2.0GHz mid-fight. The fin density on the Huntkey Blizzard T600 Typhoon is way too low, meaning the heat exchange is garbage; my core hit 99℃ in three minutes, triggering a hard thermal throttle. I tried setting Windows to Power Saver mode, which was a disaster—my FPS plummeted from 90 to 30. I eventually went into the BIOS and forced the fan to 80% speed the moment it hit 50℃, and capped the CPU power at 95W just to keep it from melting. In RivaTuner, the clocks couldn't hit the boost peaks, but they stayed stable between 3.8-4.1GHz, which stopped the stuttering. I noticed idle temps actually went up by 3℃ after the power cap, so I had to set up a separate silent curve for low loads. Core temps now hover around 85-89℃ with fans at 1800 RPM. Backed up the BIOS profile, and the config is finally saved.
