How to stop frequency dips on Colorful B760M-D PRO V20?

Whenever I hit those dense foliage areas, the core clock would wildly jump between 4.8 GHz and 3.2 GHz, causing micro-stutters over 15ms that felt like a nightmare. I first tried enabling the Ultimate Performance power plan in Windows, but that just pushed core temps to 95℃ and triggered thermal throttling, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually dove into the BIOS, switched the Load-Line Calibration from Auto to Mode 3, and bumped the Power Limit from 125W to 150W. Using HWiNFO, I saw the voltage swing tighten from 1.15-1.32V down to a steady 1.22-1.26V, and frame times dropped from 12-28ms to a smooth 9-14ms. I actually tried a fixed 1.20V offset at first, but the system just BSOD'd during scene loads until I enabled Dynamic Voltage Offset. Now the VRM stays around 68-75℃ with fans at 1200 RPM. Ran a Prime95 stress test and the clocks are rock steady now.
