Fixing CPU Downclocking
In the heat of battle, whenever a massive skill was unleashed, the screen would drop frames significantly, which was absolutely infuriating. I tried setting the Load-Line to 'Ultra Low' in the BIOS, but it caused the system to Blue Screen during idle. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L2 mode and adjusted VCCSA to 1.22V. RTSS showed frame times converging to 12-16ms, and AIDA64 confirmed VRM temperatures stable at 55-62℃. Now I can safely backup
