Fixing X99 Memory Latency
This X99 platform feels like walking through mud. Whenever I sprint across the map, my FPS drops from 80 to 30 per RTSS. I tried enabling the XMP profile in BIOS, but the system blue-screened three times in a row, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to tighten timings to 32-34-34-72 and raised voltage to 1.35V via GamePP.
