AMD Ryzen 5 7500F Power Fix
In a simulation this scale, any tiny fluctuation leads to input lag. I first tried disabling C-States in the BIOS; while it stopped the jumps, idle power soared and temps rose by 7℃, which was way too extreme. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and optimized the core parking strategy. RivaTuner showed frame intervals converged to 12-18ms, AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps at 60-68℃, and CPU-Z showed the 3.4-4.1GHz frequency jumps finally stopped. It feels responsive now.
