Why is my Ryzen 9 9950X3D throttling in STAR WARS Galactic Battlegrounds?

SW Saga physics scenes were dropping my 9950X3D from 120 to 80 FPS due to heat. I added case fans, but the noise was unbearable with minimal gain. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to boost cooler speed to 80% and enable smart control. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed temps dropped to 82℃, backing up a stable profile.
