Fixing Memory Voltage Fluctuations

While swinging through NYC, the game would crash to desktop without warning, which completely destroyed the flow of the experience. I tried increasing virtual memory to 64GB in Windows, but the crashes didn't stop and I ended up with severe memory leaks, which was incredibly aggravating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Guide to switch to L3 mode and locked the voltage at 1.42V. AIDA64 showed latency stabilized at 66-72ns, and MemTest86 confirmed zero bit-flip errors over 5 passes, while temps stayed at 55-61℃ per GamePP Sensor.
