How to fix FPS drops during particle-heavy combat in Blood Waves?

Every time I used an ultimate with massive particles, frames dropped from 60 to 30, which is deadly in fast combat. I tried lowering global graphics in the driver; frames rose but the image became a blurry mess, which made me angry. I used the GamePP Image Sampling Calibrator to drop sampling weight to 0.8 and boost sharpening to 70. Now, frame time stabilized at 14-18ms per RTSS, GPU temperature remained at 72-78℃ per GPU-Z, and fan speed hit 2200 RPM per GamePP monitoring.
