Noctua NH-D15S Thermal Tuning
I was devastated when my automated factory expansion caused CPU temperatures to jump between 82-91℃ per AIDA64, leading to immersion-breaking stutters. I tried setting the fan to full speed in BIOS, but while temps dropped 4℃, the noise at low loads was piercing and totally confusing. I finally used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to implement a sensitive stepped curve for the 65-85℃ range. Now, CPU temperature stabilized at 74-79℃ per AIDA64 and frame time dropped from 12-25ms to 8-12ms per RTSS, with fan speed at 1100-1400 RPM.
