Fixing Rendering Delays

It was unbearable; when facing giant monsters, the screen had obvious rendering delays and distant textures became blurry. I tried lowering the game resolution, but it only made the image blurrier while the CPU stayed scorching hot—a completely pointless attempt. I entered the BIOS and changed the core voltage offset from Auto to -0.05V, monitoring via the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page. HWiNFO showed temperatures dropped to 75-80℃, and RTSS confirmed frame times at 12-16ms.
