3D V-Cache Thread Binding
Entering the city felt like watching a slideshow; it's a joke that such a top-tier processor could perform this poorly. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but it only slowed down background updates while FPS stayed stuck at 30-40. I opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler and forced the main thread onto the 3D V-Cache cores. Frame times dropped to 16-20ms per GamePP, and CPU temperature stabilized at 68-75℃ per HWInfo, while CPU-Z confirmed a stable 1.2-1.3V range. The lag is finally gone.
