How to fix voltage instability on ASUS TUF B850M in PUBG?
Right in the final circle, my screen would just freeze up for a second, which is an absolute nightmare. The GamePP Frame Time Analyzer showed frame intervals swinging between 12ms and 45ms, even though CPU usage was only 65-75%, clearly pointing to a voltage drop due to the B850M's slow power response. I first tried disabling every single power-saving feature in the BIOS, but my idle CPU temps shot up to 58°C and the fans sounded like a jet engine, which was a totally reckless way to solve it. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to hit 'Ultimate Performance' and adjusted the BIOS Load-Line Calibration to L3 mode to smooth out the voltage curve.
