Why does Phantom Blade Zero stutter during intense combat?

During high-intensity combat, the screen would suffer severe freezes due to VRAM bandwidth limits, which made me want to complain. I first tried lowering all graphics settings to minimum; while average FPS improved, the instant frame drops remained. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the process priority to Real-time and fixed the page file to 24GB on SSD. RTSS showed frame times converging from 15-60ms to 12-22ms, and HWInfo confirmed GPU temps at 75-82°C.
