My Once Human loading screen hangs at 90% with the Samsung 9100 PRO showing slow I/O response; how do I fix this?

Staring at that loading bar every time I enter the world is absolute torture, especially for a PCIe 5.0 drive. The Samsung 9100 PRO controller was struggling with fragmented assets, with random reads dropping to a pathetic 0.8-1.5MB/s, causing the I/O queue to just pile up. I tried running a disk defrag, which was a huge mistake—it didn't speed up anything and actually added 12 seconds to the load time. I eventually checked the BIOS to ensure AHCI was active and tweaked the registry to set the game SSD to the highest response priority. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads jumping from 1.5MB/s to 3.2MB/s, and load times dropped from 48 seconds to 25 seconds. I did have a brief boot failure after the registry edit, which was a heart-stopping moment, but restoring the default boot entry and re-configuring fixed it. Drive temps are between 42-55℃. I've exported the registry fix, but be careful as this can mess with other drives.
