Optimizing Multi-Core Scheduling
Cloud physics in Mass Effect dropped my FPS from 120 to 48. I tried Performance power plan, but E-Core lag persisted. Using GamePP BIOS Wizard, I set Load Line to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 score improved to 37200. This backup of stability fixed the bottleneck.
