How to stop Zhitai TiPro9000 from causing CPU lag in MGSV?
This is honestly ridiculous. In HD mode, the Zhitai TiPro9000 pulls CPU interrupts up to 15% during large file reads, making my frame rate look like an EKG machine. I tried changing the priority in Task Manager, but that did nothing—the driver inefficiency is just pathetic. I eventually went into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, tweaked the PCIe bus voltage offset, and optimized the MSI (Message Signaled Interrupts) mode to redistribute the storage interrupts. In RTSS, the frame time variance dropped from a chaotic 16-32ms to a perfect 16.6ms flat line. It took three reboots to get the settings right, but the result is night and day.
