Fix MGS Δ Combat Stutters
Jungle ambushes in METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER caused frame drops on my Fanxiang S790 1TB. I tried older drivers, which made the fluctuation worse. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to install driver 2.1.5 and disabled auto-updates in the Resource Scheduler. RTSS monitoring showed frame intervals dropping from 15-30ms to 8-10ms. Drive temperature stayed at 42-48℃. The stutters are gone, and combat feels fluid and precise.
