Fixing PS120 SE Heat Soak
After four hours of play, the CPU hit 92-95℃, forcing the clock speed down to 3.2GHz and causing obvious stuttering. I initially tried manually increasing the case fan speeds, but it only dropped the temp by 2℃ while significantly increasing noise, which was infuriating. I entered the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel, raised the 70℃ fan speed to 85%, and implemented a 5℃ hysteresis interval. Cinebench R23 tests showed the peak temperature dropped to 82-85℃ per AIDA64, with core temps at 75-82℃ per HWiNFO.
