Manor Lords Physics Lag Fix
FPS dropped to 48 during cloud physics, with E-Cores at 100% load. I tried Windows Performance power plan, which didn't fix the E-Core lag. I used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Regulator to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 showed multi-core scores jumping from 35800 to 37200. HWiNFO confirmed stable temps at 78-84℃. Backup this profile immediately.
