Fix Racing Micro-Stutters
It's so annoying; my specs are enough, but every time I enter the track, there's a stutter that's just maddening. I first tried the High Performance power plan in Windows, but only the fans got louder while the stutters remained. I manually tightened the primary timings from 16-18-18-38 to 14-16-16-34 via GamePP and increased voltage to 1.35V. Latency dropped to 65-70ns per AIDA64, and memory temperatures stayed at 42-48℃ per HWInfo.
