Fixing GTA V FiveM RP Frame Drops
It was unbearable; in an RP server, walking through the city would drop my FPS to 30, which is fatal for interaction. I tried enabling the XMP profile in BIOS, but the system failed to boot, requiring a CMOS clear, which was extremely frustrating. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to manually set timings to 14-16-16-34 and voltage to 1.35V. RTSS showed average FPS rose from 35 to 52, and memory latency stabilized at 75-82ns per GamePP. AIDA64 showed temps at 48-54℃. It's 82ns.
