CPU Thermal Response Fix
It was infuriating; during winter peaks, my CPU hit 85-98℃ per HWiNFO64, causing the frame rate to plummet instantly. I tried adding two intake fans to the case, but it only lowered temps by 3℃ and didn't stop the sudden spikes. I entered the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel and forced the fan speed to 100% above 75℃. Cinebench R23 multi-core scores rose from 22000 to 24500, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures were held steady at 82-86℃.
