Solving High-Speed CPU Heat

At 300 km/h, I hit a wall of input lag and screen tearing; my CPU was hovering at 91-95℃, causing 20-40ms of physics latency. I first tried lowering the resolution, but the image just became blurry while the heat stayed high—a completely meaningless attempt. I finally entered the BIOS and changed the core voltage offset to -0.05V, monitoring the change via the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page. RTSS showed frame times converged to 11-14ms, and HWInfo64 confirmed temperatures dropped to a stable 76-81℃.
