How to stop 0.4s freezes during Hitman 3 scene transitions?

I was so excited to sneak through Chongqing, but the experience was ruined by severe 0.4-second freezes. I tried disabling all background disk scans in Windows, but this did nothing for the low-level NVMe blocking and actually slowed down my system searches. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 128 and optimized the write cache strategy. RTSS monitoring showed frame generation time converged from 15-45ms to 11-16ms, and HWiNFO confirmed temperatures at 48-55℃.
