How to fix slow loading and micro-stutters in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth?

Entering grand scenes, the loading speed was maddeningly slow, especially when my disk space was nearly full. I tried enabling Storage Sense for automatic cleanup, but it caused more micro-stutters during gameplay due to background scanning. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game's disk I/O priority to Highest and switched the power plan to High Performance. Frame time fluctuations dropped to 24-35ms per RTSS, with CPU temps at 72-80℃ per HWInfo and random reads at 20-28MB/s per CDM.
