How do I fix the long black screens when loading the Midgar map in FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH?

Waiting for Midgar to load felt like an eternity. I tried closing apps, but it barely helped. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the depth from 512 to 1024. Sequential read speed increased from 5000MB/s to 5300MB/s per CrystalDiskMark. Memory temp is 58-63℃. I backed up the settings.
