How to fix severe stuttering in Far Cry 7 on Colorful B850M?

I can't stand it—every time I enter a jungle firefight, my frames drop from 80 to 20, making the game nearly unplayable. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but the CPU hit 92℃ via HWMonitor and the drops continued, which was an infuriating waste of time. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to manually set Vcore to 1.30-1.34V. Cinebench R23 scores rose to 29500, CPU-Z showed stable voltage at 1.31-1.33V, and HWMonitor logged temps at 75-82℃.
