Expeditions Rome Physics Fix
Dense cloud layers dropped my FPS from 120 to 48. I changed the Windows power plan to Performance, but E-Cores were still bottlenecked. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L3 and raised VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 multi-core score jumped from 35800 to 37200. HWiNFO showed temps dropping from 95℃ to 82℃. Frame rate stabilized at 95-110 FPS. I backed up the BIOS profile and the physics engine runs smoothly now.
