Why does Elden Ring drop from 60 to 25 FPS while riding?

It's so annoying—every time I gallop across the map in Elden Ring, my frame rate drops from 60 to 25 without warning. I tried enabling write cache optimization in the system, but the game crashed and rebooted twice during saving, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase the depth to 2048 and set the flush to forced mode.
