Why does Dying Light 2 stutter during combat on the Valkyrie A360 RAM?

Combat scene switches in Dying Light 2 caused instant stutters as write speeds dropped below 600MB/s. I tried changing virtual memory settings, but it only made the frame drops worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to boost the queue from 512 to 1024. CrystalDiskMark showed 55-62MB/s reads, and AIDA64 kept temps at 42-55℃.
