How to fix RAM compatibility on Soyo SY-Yanlong B550M?
It's honestly ridiculous that a game can just break your memory like this; the optimization is a joke. While parkouring through the city, the memory controller would choke on sudden address requests and just crash to desktop. It was a total nightmare. I tried a BIOS update, but that just wiped my XMP profiles without fixing the crashes—a complete waste of my afternoon. I eventually went back into the BIOS, dropped the frequency from 3600MHz to 3200MHz, and manually loosened the primary timings from 16-18-18-36 to 18-20-20-42. After 5 passes of MemTest86, the errors complete
