Noctua NH-D14 Power Tuning
It was so annoying; despite having a top-tier cooler, I'd get these momentary stutters during monster ambushes that were absolutely infuriating. I first tried Ultimate Performance mode in Windows, but it only increased fan speed to 1500 RPM per HWInfo64 without fixing a single stutter, which was a huge disappointment. I entered the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, set LLV to L3, and raised the power limit to 125W per AIDA64. Average frame rate jumped from 65 to 92 FPS and minimums stabilized above 70 FPS per RTSS.
