How to stop micro-stutters when loading complex scenes in Dead Space 2?

Sneaking through dark ship corridors, the screen suddenly stuttered; a frame drop at a critical moment is simply infuriating. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' mode, but memory temperature spiked to 60℃ per AIDA64 and the stutters remained. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to add a 0.02V offset and increased tRFC from 480 to 520. Frame time spikes dropped from 45ms to 18ms per RTSS, and temperatures stabilized at 50-56℃ per HWInfo64.
