How do I tune Onda motherboard voltage curves to stop stutters?

Based on Report 07 on Win11 24H2, Ryzen Master showed core voltage jumping between 1.26V - 1.33V, peaking at 1.38V. I tried locking the RAM at 3200MHz, but the frame pool barely improved—I realized locking frequency wouldn't fix unstable power. I used OCCT to lock the temperature threshold and ran Prime95 to fine-tune the voltage curve to 1.29V - 1.32V. In the next match, frequencies settled at 3196MHz - 3226MHz and the tearing vanished. MSI Afterburner confirmed the overclock is stable with temps at 67℃ - 72℃. However, with the high voltage offset, the VRM temps climbed significantly and the fan noise became a total distraction in a quiet room.
