Tightening Memory Timings
It's so annoying; despite having plenty of CPU cores, micro-stutters during transitions were just maddening. I first tried the Windows High Performance plan, but other than the fans getting louder, the stutters didn't budge. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to tighten primary timings to 9-9-9-24 and increased voltage to 1.50V. AIDA64 confirmed memory latency dropped to 72-78ns and temps stayed at 45-52℃, making the game finally feel fluid.
