How to stop screen tearing on Gigabyte RTX 5060 in Horizon?

Cruising at 4K, the screen tearing looked like the image was being sliced in half; it was visually exhausting. I tried two extremes: first, native V-Sync, but the steering input lag hit 50ms, making it feel like I was driving through mud. Then I turned everything off, and while I hit 110 FPS, the tearing was a disaster. I needed a middle ground. I opened the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sample Calibrator, enabled NVIDIA Reflex low-latency mode, and paired it with G-Sync compatible settings, capping the frame rate at 141fps (3 below refresh). In the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer, the generation time tightened from a wild 12-25ms range to a steady 7-9ms.
