Control 2 Memory Cooling Optimization
Combat in Control 2 suffered from frame instability as my Gloway Celestial Strategy DDR4 3200MHz 16GB (8GBx2) hit 65°C, triggering downclocking. I tried increasing fan speed manually, but the noise was loud and the temp didn't drop. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set 1500 RPM at a 60°C threshold. Temperature dropped to 55-58°C, and frame rates recovered. A stress test confirmed the cooling configuration was stable. This fan curve backup ensured consistent performance without thermal throttling.
