Seriously, what a joke! This 5070 Ti claims to be 'OC 2.0', but in Code: Jie, the frame drops make it look like a PowerPoint presentation. I tried the basics—updating drivers did nothing, and lowering the resolution made it too blurry to play. It was a complete waste of time. Comparing to defaults, I saw memory latency hovering around 110ns, which is nowhere near the hardware's potential. I opened the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to tighten memory timings from 22-22-22 down to 20-20-20 and bumped the core voltage by 0.025V. The 1% lows jumped from 42 to 57 FPS, and that choppy feeling finally vanished.
