Solving Memory Thermal Drops
I've had enough; in a game that demands absolute fluidity, the frequent frame drops were a total disaster. Memory controller temps hit 65℃ per HWInfo, causing frequency to crash to 4800MHz per CPU-Z. I first tried enabling high-performance mode in the drivers; the fans got louder, but the temperature stayed high and the drops continued, which was infuriating. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the priority to Realtime and bumped the memory voltage to 1.38V in the BIOS. CPU-Z confirmed the frequency locked at 6000MHz, and HWInfo showed Vcore voltage stable at 1.22-1.28V.
