Eliminating CPU Voltage Spikes
During an intense assault, the screen suddenly froze for 0.4 seconds, which is a disaster in a fast-paced shooter. I first tried maxing out fan speeds to 100%; the noise was deafening, but core temperatures stayed above 95℃ per AIDA64, which was completely useless. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch to L3 mode and reduced Vcore by 0.05V. Cinebench tests showed peak temperatures dropped to 84-88℃ via AIDA64, and physics latency dropped to 12ms per GamePP Sensor.
