Tuning Ryzen 9 9950X3D Affinity
It's so annoying that this top-tier CPU drops frames. Galloping through the capital, FPS would plummet from 120 to 40. I tried enabling PBO Auto Overclocking in BIOS, but the system blue-screened three times upon entering the game. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the main process to Real-time and optimized core affinity. AIDA64 stress tests showed latency stabilized at 65-72ns from 130-150ns and temperatures at 72-80℃.
