How to fix V-Cache instability in combat scenes?

The stutters are most brutal during fast dodges; it feels like the game is being pulled back in slow motion. With the 7800X3D's 3D V-Cache, if your memory clock and FCLK aren't perfectly synced during complex physics collisions, you get a sync offset of 12,0 - 18,0ms, which tanked my 1% lows from 80 FPS down to 35 FPS. I tried enabling 'Game Mode' in Windows, but that just gave me a measly 5 FPS boost while the hitches remained—totally illogical. I went into the BIOS and manually locked the FCLK at 2000,0 MHz and set the RAM to 6000,0 MHz for a clean 1:1 ratio.
