Stop Novigrad Screen Tearing
Walking through Novigrad's streets, I saw extremely jarring tearing lines at the top of the screen, which totally killed the mood. I tried forcing V-Sync in the driver panel, but the tearing persisted and I got a severe 40ms input lag via RTSS, making movement feel like walking through mud. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to raise the process priority from High to Realtime and stabilized the memory controller load below 85%. Confirmed via GamePP Benchmark that frame time fluctuations are now suppressed within 3ms, with core temperatures stable at 64-69℃ per AIDA64 and clocks at 2450-2580 MHz per GPU-Z.
