How do I fix fan noise spikes in The Witcher 3 on Jonsbo CR-3000E?

Walking through Velen, a sharp whine broke my focus. I tried manual limits, but temps hit 82C per AIDA64. I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to set a linear ramp at 50C, locking max RPM at 2000. AIDA64 confirmed stable 64-68C temps. The noise vanished, and I could finally enjoy the open world without auditory pain.
