Why does my Kingston DDR4 cause lag in Kuro no Kiseki II?

I felt the immersion break instantly when skill activation lagged by 95-102ns. I tried increasing the page file, but it made frame drops worse. Then, I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to shift timings from 19-19-19-40 to 16-18-18-36 and raised voltage to 1.25V. AIDA64 confirmed latency dropped to 78-85ns, with memory temps holding steady at 42-46℃. It finally feels responsive.
