Why does Star Wars Outlaws stutter during fast teleportation on my Seagate FireCuda 540 1TB?

Teleporting through Coruscant felt like watching a broken video, with frame intervals spiking to 15-22ms per GamePP monitoring. I tried closing background apps, but the stutter persisted. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the queue depth from 512 to 1024 and boosted priority in the Resource Scheduler. CrystalDiskMark confirmed reads stabilized above 7000MB/s, and frame time dropped to 5.1-6.4ms, with drive temps at 48-52℃ per GamePP.
