Why does Splinter Cell Remake stutter with Corsair DDR5 6800?

I felt totally robbed of immersion while infiltrating bases; the game felt choppy during quick turns despite high FPS. I first tried enabling Extreme Performance mode in the BIOS, but it didn't stop the stutters and caused my CPU to hit 94°C per HWiNFO. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process priority from Normal to Realtime and bound it to physical P-cores. RTSS monitoring showed frame time fluctuations dropped from 12-48ms to 13-16ms, while AIDA64 confirmed a stable 6800MHz frequency. I'm finally at peace.
