Why is my Onda A520-VH-W stuttering in Scarlet Nexus combat?
While pulling off high-speed dash attacks, I noticed these annoying micro-stutters that completely mess with the combat timing. I checked the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw a nightmare: CPU load was totally skewed, with one core spiking between 92% - 98% while others were basically idling. I first tried slamming the Windows Power Plan to High Performance, but that just bumped the clock speed without fixing the scheduling mess; frame times were still swinging wildly from 14ms - 32ms, which was honestly frustrating. I then fired up the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel, forced the game process to Realtime priority, and killed all those useless background update services.
