How do I stop CPU temp spikes in SCARLET NEXUS?

I was stuck in a superpower burst when my Jonsbo CR-3000E ARGB White Edition failed to keep up, with AIDA64 showing core temps jumping from 72°C to 88°C. I tried forcing the fan to max speed, but the noise was unbearable and the peak temperature didn't drop significantly. I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to set the fan speed to 1800 RPM at 85°C and optimized the linear heating interval. AIDA64 confirmed core temperature stable at 75-78°C, and frame generation time converged to 12-14ms via RTSS, keeping the system cool and quiet.
